Aubrey de Grey's Upcoming Presentations
The presentation schedule of Aubrey de Grey, Methuselah Foundation chairman, is actually somewhat hidden away a few layers deep in the Strategies for Engineered Negligible Senescence (SENS) website. It makes for an interesting insight into where in the scientific and health community one can find at least some support for healthy life extension research - more or less everywhere, as it turns out. The itinerary for this month is a representative example:

September 22: BUPA Health Debate, London, UK
Greater organization of this support within the scientific community is only a matter of time ... and, of course, a great deal of hard work on the part of advocates and administrative types. This greater organization will lead to pressure on funding organizations to direct resources to lengthening healthy human life spans, and a good thing too.
